Health Benefits of some nuts

Today i will tell you some benefits of Nut in which some of us dont know. There were variuos type of Nuts like Almonds, Cashew nut, chestnuts, Walnuts, flax seed, hazelnuts, Ground Nuts, peanuts, pecans, Pine nuts etc

These Nuts are very helpful in reducing the risk of heart diseases and cancers as they are rich in essential fiber, vitamins and mineralsThese nuts reduce LDL(bad cholesterol) and increase HDL( good cholesterol). These nuts are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids They help prevent coronary artery disease and strokes as it improves blood lipid index and as it regulates artery blockage.

Nuts are rich in minerals like manganese , potassium, copper , iron , magnesium, zinc and selenium . Eating few nuts daily will help in preventing deficiency diseases which is the culprit for various cosmetic as well as health disorders. Potassium helps counter hypertensive action of sodium, lowers heart rate and blood pressure. Manganese and phosphorus helps in growth of bones. Many Growth products include nut extracts as their main constituent.
Nuts have cytokinins in them that are anti ageing, anti carcinogenic and and anti thrombotic effects.
They are also good source of b complex vitamins such as folates, riboflavin, niacin , thiamin and pyridoxine. these vitamins are necessary for the
body and they are not produced inside the body but need an external source to obtain (Essential Vitamins), nuts are an inevitable source for various essential vitamins

Some nuts are good source of dietary fiber like Chestnuts that help in lowering blood cholesterol by limiting excess Cholesterol absorption in the intestines. some nuts are rich in folates
Folate acid is required for the development of red blood cells in the body. Adequate consumption of nuts rich in folates during the peri-conception period of preganancyhelps in prevention of neural tube defects in the fetus.
Hazelnut oil is used for cooking purposes also as well as when applied on skin, it helps to keep skin free from dryness. eating some nuts like peanuts improves Circulation of blood to the brain.
Some nuts like Pine nuts contain  pinolenic acid.  Pinolenic acid helps in curbing food intake thereby reducing weight of a person if taken regularly. This happensdue to the fact that Pinolenic acid causes the triggering of hunger suppressant enzymes cholecystokinin and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in the gut.
Ground Nuts  have DHEA (Di hydro epi-androstenedione) blocking actions. This helps in reducing prostrate and ovarian cancer.Ground Nut oil contain phytochemical compounds that help in prevention of diabetic nephropathy (kidney disease).
