Rihanna has paid tribute to her late
grandmother, who passed away in
July after a lengthy battle with
cancer, with a mammoth tattoo under
her bosoms.
The tattoo depicts Egyptian goddess
of rebirth Isis, throne-shaped
headdress and all, down on one knee
with her wings unfurled under the
singer's bosoms. Isis, appropriately, is considered a
symbol of empowered femininity. Ciara "Dolly" Brathwaite, Rihanna's grandmother, died of cancer this summer, resulting in an outpouring of
support from fans and Twitter photo
tributes from the star.
