More Masts Destroyed By Terrorists In Borno, Yobe
BRIEFS ATTACKS continued in the early hours of Friday in Damaturu, Yobe State capital with torching of a house and Global System of Mobile Communication (GSM) masts by suspected members of the Boko Haram sect in Ajari ward of Damaturu. The masts, which were set ablaze, alongside a Toyota Siena vehicle, were located near a house occupied by a relation (name withheld) to Governor Ibrahim Gaidam. The torching of the masts brings to 13 the number of destroyed GSM facilities in Damaturu and Potiskum. In Borno, Bauchi and Adamawa States. A total 25 masts were destroyed by armed attackers last Wednesday and Thursday.
